Position Title : Digital Marketing Executive

Experience Required : 1-3 Years

Location : Kandivali, Mumbai

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Handle company social media platforms:

- Facebook

- Instagram

- Plan and execute regular posts related to site work, completed projects, and company updates

- Maintain consistent branding and visual quality

2. Content Creation

- Create engaging content including:

- Site images and videos

- Reels and short-form videos

- Before/after project showcases

- Basic editing of photos/videos for social media

3. Site Coordination

- Coordinate with site/project teams to collect:

- Site images

- Progress videos

- Client/project updates

- Ensure timely availability of content for posting

4. Lead Generation

- Run paid campaigns on:

- Facebook Ads

- Instagram Ads

- Generate quality leads for commercial interior projects

- Track and optimize campaign performance

5. Website Management

- Regularly update the company website with:

- Current project details

- Images and videos

- Company information and services

- Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and visually appealing

- Coordinate with developers (if required)



for any changes or improvements

6. Marketing Strategy

- Plan monthly content calendar
- Suggest new ideas to improve reach and engagement
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends

7. Reporting & Analysis

- Track performance of posts, ads, and website traffic

- Share weekly/monthly reports on:

- Engagement

- Reach

- Leads generated

Required Skills :

- Experience in social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram) :

- Knowledge of running paid ads and lead generation campaigns :

- Basic knowledge of website updating (WordPress or similar platforms preferred) :

- Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (Canva, InShot, etc.)

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Creative thinking and content planning

Preferred Experience

- Experience in digital marketing into interiors will be beneficial :

- Understanding of site work and project visuals

Salary Range

- ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of posts/reels created
- Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments)
- Leads generated through campaigns
- Website updates & traffic growth
- Growth in followers and reach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
