Project Description :

- Job Responsibilities**:

- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and end users

- Act as a liaison between business users and development teams :

- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements

- Support testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, reports, testing, and change documents

- Ensure solutions align with regulatory and pharmacovigilance standards

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong Argus Safety knowledge

- Solid understanding of pharmacovigilance processes

- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis :

- Working knowledge of JIRA or equivalent tools

- Hands-on experience in testing and validation :

- Strong documentation skills , including:

- Business and functional requirements

- Report specifications





- User guides

- Test scripts

- Change summaries

- Availability to work in the IST time zone :

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
