- Role Design & Maintenance : Create, modify, and manage complex single, derived, and composite roles using PFCG.
- User Administration : Handle user provisioning, including creation, modification, deletion, and locking/unlocking via SU01.
- Troubleshooting : Analyze authorization errors (SU53/ST01) to provide access while adhering to security policies.
- Compliance & GRC : Utilize SAP GRC 10.1/12.0 (ARA, ARM, EAM) for Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict analysis and mitigation.
- Project Support : Support security testing, transport management, and user access during system upgrades and projects.
- Fiori Security : Configure Fiori catalogs, groups, and OData services.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Knowledge :
Deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts, objects, and SUIM reporting.
- System Experience : Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, ECC, or SAP BW security.
- Tools : Proficient with SAP GRC Access Control and User Management Engine (UME).
- Audit Readiness : Experience supporting internal/external audits (SOX compliance).
- Communication : Robust collaboration skills to work with functional teams for requirements gathering.
