Position : Accountant Executive

Job Location : Ludhiana, Punjab Experience Required : 2-5 Years Employment Type : Full-time

Job Role :

- The Accountant Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting operations, managing GST-related work, and ensuring timely and proper maintenance of company accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime .
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries .
- Handle GST-related accounting and compliance work , including GST data preparation and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting records .
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records of bank transactions.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements .
- Support audit and taxation-related documentation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in B. Com, M. Com,



or a relevant accounting/finance field .

- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience .

- Very good working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory. :

- Strong knowledge of GST, GST returns, reconciliation, and basic taxation concepts .

- Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation .
