We are looking for a performance marketer who understands funnels, cost per lead, cost per booking, ROAS, and scaling campaigns profitably.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and launch Meta ad campaigns (Lead Gen & Conversion focused)
- Generate qualified property owner leads
- Drive direct bookings through conversion campaigns
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel & conversion tracking
- Conduct A/B testing (creatives, hooks, audiences)
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL & CPA
- Manage retargeting funnels
- Submit weekly performance reports with insights and action plans

Required Skills :

- 1+ years hands-on experience running Meta Ads





- Proven results in lead generation or e-commerce conversion campaigns

- Strong understanding of:

- Meta Ads Manager

- Campaign structure

- Pixel & Conversion API

- Audience testing

- Retargeting strategies

- Ability to analyze data and scale winning campaigns

Preferred (Bonus)

- Experience in hospitality / real estate marketing
- Experience running both B2B & B2C funnels
- Knowledge of landing page optimization

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
