The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Fiscal Leadership : Direct the financial strategy to support Genotronics' expansion into government projects and new regional markets.
- Capital & Asset Management : Oversee the working capital requirements for high-value inventory, such as respiratory and endoscopy equipment.
- Receivables Oversight : Implement rigorous protocols for outstanding collections, particularly managing timelines for high-volume hospital accounts.
- Investment & Portfolio Management : Advise on corporate investments and monitor the financial health of the organization’s portfolio.
- Mentorship : Act as a senior advisor to the Director and provide guidance to the management team.
- Experience :



A proven track record in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent) in a medium-to-large organization.
- Education : Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or a similar high-level credential.
- Industry Knowledge : Previous experience in Medical Technology, Healthcare, or Industrial Distribution is highly preferred.
- Skillset : Exceptional expertise in debt management, tax compliance, and long-term financial planning.
