Accounts Executive / Accountant - Tally, GST, Excel & Billing | Pune

Location : Pune, Maharashtra

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Company : We are a growing brand in the Home Furnishing and Interior Solutions industry , offering premium furnishing solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

Website : Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping :

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP .
- Record sales, purchase, expense, and payment transactions .
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

GST & Compliance :

- Maintain GST records and documentation .
- Assist in GST filing and compliance processes .
- Ensure GST-compliant invoice generation .

Billing & Invoicing :

- Create sales invoices and purchase entries in Tally.
- Maintain proper billing records and documentation .
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for invoice processing.

Payment Follow-ups :

- Track customer payments and outstanding dues .
- Follow up with clients for payment recovery .
- Maintain records of receivables and collections .





Stock & Inventory Management

- Maintain stock records and inventory entries .
- Update stock movement in accounting systems.
- Coordinate with the operations team for inventory reconciliation .

Excel & Reporting :

- Maintain financial data and reports using Microsoft Excel .
- Prepare daily and monthly reports for management .
- Track sales, payments, and stock data using Excel sheets.

Skills & Requirements :

- Knowledge of Tally ERP .
- Understanding of GST and accounting principles .
- Experience in billing and invoice creation .
- Knowledge of payment tracking and recovery follow-ups .
- Familiarity with stock and inventory management .
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, data management).
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background preferred.
- Experience in accounts, finance, or billing roles will be an advantage.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,755.22 - ₹32,280.69 per month
