Position : Merchandiser cum Assistant

Role Objective

Support merchandising team by managing sampling, fabric sourcing, trims coordination, costing, and order follow-ups while ensuring timely execution of samples and developments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sampling & Product Development

- Coordinate garment sampling process from proto to final approval.
- Work closely with sampling, design, and production teams .
- Track sample timelines and ensure timely approvals .

2. Fabric Knowledge

- Strong understanding of knits and woven fabrics .
- Coordinate fabric sourcing and approvals with vendors.

3. Trims & Accessories

- Source and manage trims and accessories such as buttons, zippers, labels, elastics etc.
- Follow up for lab dips, strike-offs and trim approvals .

4. BOM & Costing

- Proficient in Excel for preparing BOM (Bill of Materials) and costing sheets .
- Assist in style costing and material planning.

5. Coordination & Follow-ups

- Maintain sample tracking, TNA sheets and approval records .
- Ensure clear and prompt follow-ups with buyers,



vendors and internal teams.

6. Systems & ERP

- Comfortable working on company ERP for order tracking and documentation .

Key Skills Required

- Knowledge of knits & woven garments :

- Understanding of the sampling process :

- Strong Excel skills (BOM & costing) :

- Experience handling trims and accessories :

- Ability to manage follow-ups and deadlines :

- Good communication skills

- Experience : 3-5 years in garment merchandising/sampling

- Age : 25-30 years preferred

- Location : Preferably Delhi / nearby permanent resident :

- Systems : Comfortable with Excel and ERP software

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
