About the Role

We are a growing UK-based automotive and media business looking for a cost-effective, reliable Social Media Assistant to help us manage branded social media content without creating posts from scratch.

This role focuses on monitoring successful competitors, repurposing proven content, and adapting it to our branding and contact details.

This is not a creative strategy role — it is a process-driven execution role with very clear instructions.

What You Will Do

- Monitor 1-2 high-performing tyre/automotive businesses on:

- Instagram

- Facebook

- Use tracking/alerts (we will help set this up) to:

- Receive notifications when competitors post

- For each competitor post (typically 1-3 per week):

- Recreate the post in Canva Pro

- Match the layout, structure, and messaging

- Replace:

- Branding

- Logos

- Phone numbers

- Contact details

- Ensure the design is unique but clearly inspired

- Schedule or post the content:

- Exactly 24 hours after the original competitor post

- Maintain consistency with:

- Fonts

- Colours

- Brand tone

Tools You Will Use

- Canva Pro (required)
- Instagram & Facebook
- Basic social media scheduling tools (optional)
- Simple trackers/alerts (we provide guidance)

What We’re Looking For

- Strong Canva skills (non-negotiable)
- Familiar with Instagram & Facebook posts
- Able to follow exact timing instructions




- Positive attention to detail
- Reliable, consistent, and discreet
- Comfortable working with repurposed / adapted content
- Basic English reading and writing skills

What This Role Is NOT

- No customer interaction
- No content strategy planning
- No hashtag research
- No audience analysis
- No posting daily
- No video editing

This is a simple, repeatable system.

Growth Opportunity

We will test this system internally with our own company first.

Once proven, we will roll this service out to multiple paying media clients.

You will:

- Be offered additional companies
- Earn $100 per company per month
- Potentially manage 5-10+ companies over time
