We’re looking for a confident, persuasive telecalling skilled who understands software products and knows how to talk to small and medium businesses . Your job is simple: start conversations, identify needs, and close deals for website development and SaaS solutions using calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

- Call SMEs, startups, and business owners to identify software or website requirements

- Pitch website development, SaaS products, and IT solutions clearly and confidently

- Follow up leads via WhatsApp, calls, and messages :

- Understand client pain points and suggest relevant solutions

- Coordinate with the internal sales / tech team for demos and closures

- Maintain lead records and follow-up status

- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year experience in IT sales / software product sales :

- Strong experience in telecalling and WhatsApp selling :





- Clear spoken English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

- Understanding of websites, SaaS products, or digital services :

- Confident negotiator with a results-driven mindset

- Comfortable calling business owners and decision-makers
