About the Role
As a Montessori Assistant Teacher, you will support the lead teacher in creating a positive, engaging, and child-cantered classroom environment inspired by the Montessori philosophy developed by Maria Montessori.

- Graduates / Undergraduates in any field
- Individuals with patience, creativity, and a caring attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in classroom setup and daily activities
- Support children in learning materials and exercises
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Observe and report children’s progress to the lead teacher
- Encourage independence and positive behavior
