- Record Management : Accurately update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ticket logs.
- Feedback Collection : Identify recurring user complaints and communicate actionable insights to internal product, sales, or tech teams.
- Brand Representation : Maintain a qualified, empathetic tone to ensure positive post-sale customer engagement and brand retention.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written proficiency (often multilingual to cater to regional markets in India and abroad).
- Patience & Empathy : Emotional intelligence to handle difficult or frustrated consumers calmly.
- Technical Aptitude : Familiarity with modern CRM platforms, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and database data entry.
