Position : Accounts Assistant Location : Nagpur Experience : 1-3 Years preferred; freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may also apply Employment Type : Full time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, purchase and sales records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable , billing and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and outstanding reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, expenses and supporting records.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related work .
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks and internal teams for routine accounts matters.
- Support preparation of MIS, statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely updating and filing of accounting records.
- Assist in audit, taxation and other financial documentation as required.
- Identify discrepancies or unusual entries and bring them to the attention of seniors.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

- Good command of Tally / accounting software .
- Working knowledge of MS Excel .
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and accounting principles .
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently follow up and complete assigned work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take additional responsibility as the organisation grows.
