Sales Assistant responsible for supporting spare parts sales operations, assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

- Identify correct spare parts using catalogs, system databases, or manuals. :

- Prepare quotations and follow up on pending orders. :

- Process sales orders, invoices, and receipts accurately. :

- Promote spare parts and related products to increase sales.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages. :

- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory. :

- Assist in stock counting and reconciliation activities. :

- Ensure proper labeling and storage of spare parts.

Administrative Support

- Maintain up-to-date product and pricing information. :

- Prepare sales reports as required. :

- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. :





- Coordinate with suppliers regarding backorders and special requests.

Coordination & Communication

- Work closely with service technicians and other departments. :

- Follow up with customers on order status and delivery timelines. :

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Business Administration, Automotive, Mechanical, or related field (preferred). :

- Previous experience in spare parts sales or inventory management is an advantage. :

- Good computer skills (MS Office, inventory/sales systems). :

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills. :

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
