Key Qualifications for Associate Professor (Pharmacology) :
- Teaching Experience :
- Alternatively, a cumulative period of 5 years as Assistant Professor or above.
- Research Publications :
- Minimum of 4 research publications on a cumulative basis (total career).
- At least 2 research publications during the tenure of Assistant Professor, published in Indexed/National/International Journals as first or corresponding author.
- Training Requirements :
- Must complete the Basic Course in Medical Education Technology (MET).
- Must complete the Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BCBR).
- Non-Medical Faculty : Non-medical personnel with M.Sc. and Ph.D. in pharmacology can hold the position of assistant professor, but in some interpretations of previous, stricter rules, clinical roles (like HOD) might be restricted, though they are eligible for promotion.
Pay: From ₹130,000.00 per month
