Job Summary

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overall management of stores, including receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control of materials used in cleanroom panels, lab furniture, and fabrication works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations (receipt, issue, and storage of materials)
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers
- Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and storage
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Site teams for material availability
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material indents on time
- Verify GRN, delivery challans, and material quality with QA/Production
- Control material issuance as per approved requisitions




- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store
- Handle store assistants and allocate daily tasks
- Prepare store reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification : Graduate / Diploma / ITI
- Experience : 3-6 years as Store Supervisor (manufacturing / project-based industry)
- Experience in cleanroom, fabrication, or projects preferred

Skills Required

- Inventory management and documentation
- MS Excel / ERP basic knowledge
- Coordination and supervision skills
- Knowledge of materials used in fabrication & modular works
