Location : Tilak Nagar, New Delhi (a short walk from the Tilak Nagar metro station)

CTC : Upto 2.40 lpa (Depends on interview)

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Commerce or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in enterprise, B2B or corporate sales. Experience in Employee Background Verification and Vendor Verification
- Freshers with excellent communication and B2B sales aptitude may also be considered. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong presentation, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills. Comfortable with cold calling, corporate meetings and target-based sales. Basic understanding of background verification processes will be an advantage.

Performance Indicators

Qualified leads, client meetings,



proposals submitted, conversion rate, revenue achieved, follow-up discipline, CRM accuracy and client retention.

Compensation

Salary : Negotiable, depending on experience and skills.

Incentives : Attractive performance-based incentives on successful closures.
