We're looking for a confident, polished, and relationship-driven Project Sales Manager who can build meaningful relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, business owners, and premium residential clients.

What You'll Do

- Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, business owners, and premium residential clients .
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, client meetings, and project/site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable landscaping, planter, and premium home décor solutions .
- Conduct professional client presentations, product demonstrations, and project discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, manage follow-ups, and close deals successfully.
- Manage multiple projects and client relationships while ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Coordinate with design, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution from enquiry to delivery.
- Maintain accurate lead, quotation, follow-up, and sales updates in the CRM.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets .
- Generate repeat business and referrals by maintaining solid long-term client relationships.

Who We're Looking For





- 1-4 years of experience in Project Sales, Client Relations, Business Development, B2B Sales, Consultative Sales, or Premium Retail Sales.
- Experience selling premium or high-value products/services to business owners, architects, interior designers, builders, HNIs, or senior decision-makers will be highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance, executive presence, and confidence when interacting with premium clientele.
- Solid negotiation, follow-up, relationship management, and closing skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of sales outcomes.
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings, site visits, and project discussions when required.
- Telugu, Hindi, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
