Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Handle showroom walk-ins, enquiries, and customer follow-ups
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve vehicle sales
- Monitor team performance and provide training/support
- Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management
- Conduct promotional activities, test drive events, and lead generation campaigns

Requirements :

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in automobile sales
- Team handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills




- Target-driven and customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of CRM/DMS and MS Office
- Graduation preferred

Preferred Industry

- EV / Automobile / Car dealership experience preferred
