Job Overview

Position :Growth Manager (Sales & Business Acquisition)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (In office)

Experience: 2 to 8 years

in relevant sales roles

Salary : ₹35,000 to ₹80,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Key Requirements & Skills

Industry Experience: Strong background in Banking Sales or NBFC sectors is mandatory

Core Skills: Business acquisition, client relationship management, and driving financial product sales .

Language Proficiency: English & Hindi (mandatory)

Proficiency in additional regional languages is a distinct advantage.
