Position Overview : Job Profile : Sales Executive/ Sales Manager Company: Pahwa Group (Construction & Real Estate) Experience - 5+ years Location: Pitampura Delhi Qualification - MBA in Marketing and sales Industry: Real Estate / Building Construction

Key Responsibilities : Generate leads and convert them into sales for residential. Handle client inquiries, site visits, and property presentations. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Maintain proper follow-up with prospective clients. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and closing of deals. Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management. Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Required Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Client relationship management. Lead generation and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
