We are hiring driven, ambitious Sales Executives who want to:

- Work on premium & upcoming real estate projects
- Convert qualified leads into site visits & bookings

- Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, meetings)

- Convert inquiries into site visits & bookings :

- Conduct client meetings and project presentations

- Build strong follow-ups and client relationships

- Coordinate with closing managers for deal finalization

- Maintain daily activity & CRM updates

- What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

- Confidence in speaking, pitching & handling objections

- Presentable personality with a professional attitude

- High energy, consistency & hunger to earn

- Comfortable with field work (site visits)

- Prior real estate experience is a plus, but attitude > experience

- Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary :



₹15,000 - ₹30,000/month (based on profile)
