You will oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals and securing payments — while coaching closers and setters to hit performance targets. This role is ideal for a results‑driven leader who thrives in a quick‑paced, performance‑based environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management : Assign, track, and monitor 20-30 monthly leads across niches (gyms, dental clinics, home services).
- Team Leadership : Train, mentor, and motivate remote closers and setters.
- Sales Cycle Oversight : Ensure smooth progression from prospecting → demo → objection handling → closing → payment.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and daily/weekly reporting.
- Process Compliance : Enforce playbook standards, probation rules, and commission‑first model.
- Client Communication : Support closers in handling objections and securing contracts.

Required Skills :

- Sales Leadership : Proven experience managing remote sales teams.
- Closing Expertise : Strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
