We are hiring HR Recruiter for Bangalore location.

Only Immediate joiner and from Healthcare background is Preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards, qualified networks, and social media.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications :

- MBA, Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience; healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.




- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Requirement is for Work from Office, Office Located in Domlur.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
