We are currently seeking a SAP Project Coordinator to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Offshore SAP Project Coordinator

Support the SAP Project Manager/Program Director with all PMO activities during a project (AMS or transformation)

- Coordinates between project, resource management and TA for project staffing needs- This includes support developing JD, creating RR's etc
- Supports detailed planning and tracking of project progress
- Trains project team on use of project tooling and support initial set up (Cloud ALM, JIRA, MS Project)
- Works in shift. Support project hours (Until noon EST for US and Latam Projects, Until 6pm CET for EU projects)



Reports into the Head of the SAP PMO and into the relevant Delivery executive/Program Director/Project Manager)

Technical skills

- Experience using MS Project and/or JIRA, MS Devops desired (but not required)

Soft skills

- Quick learner, able to pick up tasks and execute on priority
- Able to manage his/her own work.- Takes direction for prioritization from Manager. Picks up urgent tasks quickly and reports back status independently.
- Good engagement skills (work with manager and potentially client PMO members)
- Proactive and Flexible behavior highly recommended.
- Robust English speaking skills
