Urgently Hiring: Creative Marketing Executive/Designer (E-Commerce)

Core Responsibilities : Creative & Design-Driven Marketing

- Work with Canva/Photoshop/AI tools to design banners, ad creatives, and product visuals.
- Collaborate with the content team for storytelling, A+ content, and engaging product descriptions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints (Amazon, Meta, Shopify).

Digital Marketing & Advertising

- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads for product launches & promotions.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) and optimize campaigns for conversions.
- Explore creative ad formats like reels, carousel ads, and lifestyle creatives.

SEO & Listing Optimization

- Create SEO-rich Amazon/Flipkart/Shopify listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions).




- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for better ranking.
- Ensure listings are visually appealing and conversion-friendly.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

- Use Google Sheets/Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Conditional Formatting) to track ad spend, sales, and ROI.
- Prepare creative + performance reports to evaluate growth metrics.
- Share actionable insights with management based on campaign results.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate (any stream, marketing/commerce preferred).

- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce marketing/digital marketing.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)

- Amazon Seller Central & Listing SEO

- Shopify Marketing Tools

- Canva/Photoshop/AI design tools

- Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards)

- Robust design sense + analytical mindset.

- Ability to work independently & take ownership of KPIs.
