Responsibilities :

- Manage procurement of solar project and plant materials such as solar modules, inverters, MMS structures, DC/AC cables, junction boxes, transformers, BOS items, etc.
- Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for solar manufacturing and EPC project requirements.
- Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and warranties with suppliers.
- Prepare, release, and track Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved BOQ and indents.
- Ensure timely material delivery to plant or project sites as per execution schedules.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, store, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
- Monitor material consumption and control excess or shortages at sites.
- Verify supplier invoices against PO, GRN, and delivery challans.




- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement in line with technical specifications, quality standards, and company policies.
- Handle material rejection, replacement, and claim settlements with vendors.
- Support cost optimization and alternate vendor development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
- Strong knowledge of solar EPC and manufacturing procurement processes.
- Experience in BOQ-based purchasing and project coordination.
- Good command of MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.
- Solid negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.

Reporting To : Purchase Manager / SCM Head / Project Head

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
