Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.

- Be responsible minimum 12 beats in the territory as per the company’s direction.
- Identify and activate minimum 35 stores for every beat.
- Each beat will have to be covered on fortnightly frequency.
- Achieve minimum 21 productive calls daily
- Achieve monthly coverage requirements, productivity requirements, product placement requirements, work on width of distribution as required by the company, achieve month sales value.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.

- Identify and appoint the relevant distributors for the assigned territory with due approvals from the sales head and national head.
- Visit 35 stores daily and sell focus products to minimum 21 stores daily.
- Install merchandising materials and ensure category placement of focus products in all productive and active stores.
- Use product samples and demo packs to increase awareness of the focus products.




- Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities and consumer preferences.
- Monitor stock levels at retail and distributor levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.

Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Skills Required :

- Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address customer issues and adapt to market changes.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to cover assigned territories and meet sales goals.
- Integrity in all dealings and transparency in all communication with his managers and head office teams.

Qualifications :

- 2-5 years of FMCG sales experience in the area / city.
