The Role

As Sales Manager at Klehver, you will:

- Own the sales journey from qualified lead to closure
- Engage with high-intent investors and clients
- Work closely with research and advisory teams
- Represent the Klehver brand with discretion and authority

This role requires a high level of professional maturity, robust accountability and the ability to think and act independently

Key Responsibilities

Engage with UHNI / HNI investors to understand long-term wealth goals

Assess budgets, return expectations and investment timelines

Recommend suitable residential and investment-grade projects

Coordinate site visits, documentation and transaction closure

Maintain investor relationships throughout the placement cycle





Ensure accurate updates in CRM and placement pipelines

Track market trends, new launches and availability across land, apartments and

villa segments.

Proven experience in premium or investment real estate sales

Exposure to Hyderabad and/or Dubai real estate markets

Strong understanding of investor expectations and deal structuring

Comfortable interacting with senior investors and decision-makers

Consultative approach with high ethical standards

Strong follow-through and documentation discipline

Who Should Apply

- 6+ years of experience in premium Sales
- Background in real estate, advisory, financial services, or B2B consulting
- Hospitality Sales Background
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-accountability setting
