We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and execute paid advertising campaigns for Level Up Blast.

Product-related posts and creatives

Video shooting and editing

Catalog designing

Paid advertising campaigns

Key Responsibilities

1️) Social Media Management

Manage and grow Level Up Blast’s Instagram and Facebook pages

Plan and maintain a content calendar

Increase engagement, followers, and organic reach

2️) Paid Advertising

Plan, set up, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation

Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI

3️) Content Creation (Product-Based Work)

Design engaging social media posts for company products

Create marketing creatives using Canva or Photoshop

Design product catalogs

Create promotional banners and offer creatives

4️) Video Shooting & Editing

Shoot product videos and promotional content

Create and edit high-quality Reels





Use tools such as CapCut, VN Editor, or Premiere Pro

Implement trending Reel formats and viral hooks

5️) Trend & Strategy Development

Stay updated with daily viral trends

Keep up with Meta & Google algorithm updates

6️) Reporting

Track performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Leads, ROI)

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in managing Instagram & Facebook pages

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads

Canva & Photoshop skills (Basic to Intermediate)

Video editing skills (CapCut, VN, etc.)

Strong creative sense and content planning ability

Good communication skills (English + Local Language)

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 20 - 25 Years

Gender: Male

Basic knowledge of social media and advertising required

Must be willing to work from office (No Work From Home)

Salary & Benefits

Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills & performance)
