Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Reports To: Telesales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to explain offerings.
- Convert leads into by effectively pitching products/services.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as set by the Telesales Manager.
- Accurately maintain records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems.
- Handle objections and customer queries professionally and confidently.
- Share product updates, offers, or changes with potential users during conversations.
- Coordinate with field teams or onboarding teams where required.

Requirements :

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English preferred.
- Ability to meet high call volumes and daily sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or lead tracking systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
