Job description: Position Title: IT Recruiter Department: Human Resources Location: Indore Experience: 6 Months to 1.5 years
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare effective recruitment strategies Handle end to end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management Coordinate with technical teams for interview scheduling and feedback collection Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
