Job Description: - Hiring Associate/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Reports to: Senior Manager - HR and Admin

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Assist in offer rollout and onboarding coordination
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements

Qualifications :





- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 1 -3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of hiring processes and job portals
- Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
