Job Description - Relationship Manager (Healthcare Field Sales) Position: Relationship Manager (RM) Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Chandigarh Tricity (Field Role) Company: Gleuhr About the Role Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners. - Generate referrals and business opportunities through existing professional networks. - Onboard new referral partners and strengthen engagement with existing partners. - Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals and institutions. - Present Gleuhr’s healthcare solutions and referral programs professionally. - Train partner staff on the referral process and QR-based patient registration. - Ensure achievement of monthly partner acquisition and referral targets. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth patient onboarding and partner support. - Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities. - Submit daily field activity reports and weekly performance updates. - Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). - 2-5 years of experience in healthcare field sales. - Prior experience working with hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres,



or pharmaceutical companies is mandatory. - Solid existing network within the healthcare ecosystem. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
