Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Associate based in Kolkata,



with a combination of work-from-office and remote flexibility depending on operational requirements.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a solid career in recruitment, staffing, HR operations, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle bulk hiring and staffing-related recruitment activities
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring records
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and hiring managers
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment
- Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms is an advantage
- Prior experience in recruitment, telecalling, sales, BPO, or HR is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 56.0 per week
