Regional Field Sales Manager - Job Description

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage dealer/distributor network in the assigned region
- Appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Lead and guide field sales executives
- Increase sales of tile adhesive, epoxy grout, waterproofing, wall putty, and related products
- Visit construction sites, architects, contractors, builders, and retailers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners

Eligibility & Experience

- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in field sales




- Preferred experience in construction chemicals, tiles, cement, paint, sanitaryware, plywood, or building materials industry
- Experience in handling regional sales operations and dealer networks
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Must be willing to travel extensively
- MBA/Graduate preferred
- Valid driving license required
