About the role: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles. You will source, screen, and engage top IT talent while collaborating with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Stay updated on IT trends, technologies, and salary benchmarks.

Requirements :

- 2-4+ years of NON- IT recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of software development, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, or data analytics roles.
- Experience recruiting in the same industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or relevant field.

Working Hours & Days:

- Full time, Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
