We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler who can transform 2D drawings and design concepts into high-quality 3D BIM models.

Role Overview

The BIM Modeler is responsible for developing accurate 3D building models using BIM software. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is properly translated into coordinated digital models.

Step-by-Step Key Responsibilities

1️ Model Development

- Create detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit .
- Develop architectural / structural / MEP components as per project requirement.
- Convert CAD drawings into parametric BIM elements.

2️ Documentation & Drawings

- Extract plans, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
- Ensure drawings meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain proper file naming and documentation structure.

3️ Coordination & Clash Detection

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for model integration.
- Participate in clash detection using Navisworks .




- Resolve modeling conflicts under BIM Lead supervision.

4️ Model Quality Control

- Follow BIM standards and LOD (Level of Development) requirements.
- Ensure model accuracy, alignment, and parameter consistency.
- Perform internal quality checks before submission.

5️ Collaboration & Communication

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
- Attend BIM coordination meetings.
- Update models based on design revisions.

Required Skills :

- Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit :

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD :

- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing

- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and documentation processes

- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications :

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Certification in BIM or Revit is preferred

Experience Required

- 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling
- Experience in residential / commercial / institutional projects preferred

Salary Range (INR)

₹25,000 - ₹55,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
