Client Service Executive - US Staffing

Job Summary

The Client Service Executive is responsible for managing relationships with US-based clients, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment services, and coordinating with the recruitment/delivery team to fulfill client requirements. This role acts as the primary point of contact between clients and the staffing company, ensuring high client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

1. Act as the primary contact for US clients regarding Staffing requirements.

2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with Hiring Managers

3. Ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention.

4. Gathers and understand job requirements from clients (IT / Non-IT roles).

Interview & Hiring Coordination





- Manage Interview feedback and update Recruiters accordingly.

Client Communication

- Escalate any issues or concerns to Account Managers.

MS-Office

Bachelor's Required

Salary

Probation: Duration: 6 Months

Salary During Probation: ₹12,000 - 12,500 /month (Only for Fresher’s)

After probation : Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,40,000 /Year

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
