About the Role

We’re looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Executive who can blend creativity with analytics. If you love fashion, digital marketing, and managing multiple moving parts — this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

- Oversee Instagram grid & story planning :

- Manage and monitor Ad Manager backend :

- Maintain Order Summary Sheets (Domestic + Global)

- Update and track Lead Management Sheets

Weekly Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align on ad campaigns

- Review and update Website Banners :

- Plan and execute Festive Campaign Calendar :

- Coordinate Social Media Planning for Thane Store :

- Conduct cross-team meetings with:

- Social Media Team

- CRM Team (Store + Online)

- Website Tech (Vishal)

- Build Media & Marketing Plans :

- Plan Lead Generation Campaigns for CRM

Monthly Responsibilities

- Review Order Summary Reports :





- Approve Manual Orders before salary cycle :

- Analyze MIS Reports :

- Plan and execute Photoshoots :

- Finalize Monthly Media & Marketing Strategy
