About the Role

Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and execute Water Treatment Plant (WTP), STP, drainage, and infrastructure projects across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day execution of WTP, STP, drainage, and infrastructure works at project sites.
- Manage workforce deployment, attendance, and productivity.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Site Order Books (SOB), BOQs, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material and manpower availability.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and quality checks.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Identify site-level issues and resolve them proactively; escalate to Project/Operations Manager when required.




- Maintain proper documentation including progress photographs and reports for client review.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (Civil preferred).
- Minimum 1 year experience in water treatment projects (required).
- 1-2 years of overall site execution experience preferred.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of BOQs, DPR preparation, billing, and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of WTP / STP / Infrastructure project execution.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory); English is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multi-site coordination and manage teams independently.

Work Schedule & Travel

- Day Shift (preferred)
- On-site / Field-based role
- Willingness to travel across project sites (75-100%)
