Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement training programs for blue and grey collar job roles
- Facilitate training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and virtually
- Assess training needs and create customized training plans
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to enhance job performance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skills gaps and develop training solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development
Valuable to have:
- Previous experience in the blue grey collar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals
- Certification in training and development is a plus
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
