2. BIM & Workflow Architecture
- Develop and institutionalize firm-wide:
- Revit templates
- CAD standards
- Title blocks
- Family libraries
- Workset protocols
- Model health standards
- Create standardized documentation structures for healthcare projects.
- Ensure interoperability across CAD, Revit, ACC/BIM 360, and related platforms.
3. Automation & Computational Design
- Develop automation scripts (Dynamo/Python/API-based tools) to:
- Reduce documentation time
- Automate repetitive drafting tasks
- Improve BOQ extraction accuracy
- Validate sheet standards
- Create internal digital tools such as:
- Area efficiency benchmarking models
- Healthcare space planning calculators
- Fire and life safety compliance trackers (aligned with NBC 2016)
- Use Power BI or equivalent tools for performance reporting.

AI & Emerging Technologies
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows in:
- Design iteration
- Code compliance checks
- Documentation drafting
- Pilot and test new technologies that enhance practice efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement frugal digital solutions suitable for Indian AEC conditions.
7. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor BIM Managers and computational designers.
- Conduct structured training programs for design teams.
- Build a culture of digital accountability and precision.
- Establish a Digital Governance Committee within the firm.
8. Intellectual Property Development
- Develop proprietary CDA systems for:
- Hospital planning
- Space programming
- Code compliance logic embedding
- Institutionalize reusable digital assets across projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- 10-15+ years of AEC industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years leading BIM/system implementation at firm level.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit
- Dynamo
- Autodesk Construction Cloud
- BIM 360
- Computational scripting (Python preferred)
- Power BI or similar data tools
- Experience in healthcare or large institutional projects preferred.
- Demonstrated experience implementing firm-wide digital standards.
