Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission rooftop solar PV systems.
- Perform DC and AC wiring, cable routing, termination, and testing.
- Install solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and material verification.
- Troubleshoot inverter, module, wiring, and generation-related issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plants.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and work-at-height requirements.
- Maintain installation and service reports and coordinate with project engineers.

Qualifications

- ITI (Electrician/Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in rooftop solar installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, solar inverters,



earthing, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read single-line diagrams (SLD), electrical drawings, and installation layouts.
- Comfortable working on rooftops and outdoor sites.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with net-metering and grid-connected solar systems.
- Familiarity with megger testing, multimeter usage, and commissioning procedures.
- Ability to identify and resolve electrical faults independently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
