Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is a versatile professional responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various systems within facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems (BMS). These technicians typically work in sectors like hospitality, construction, and manufacturing, ensuring operational efficiency through preventive maintenance and emergency response. Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Maintenance & Repair : Performing routine inspections and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Operational Support : Monitoring BMS and computerized control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and executing repairs to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance : Adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
- Documentation : Maintaining logs and records of maintenance activities.

Typical Qualifications & Skills

- Technical Training :



Often involves certification in Electricals, Plumbing, and Refrigeration/Air-conditioning.
- Experience : 1-5+ years in facility management or industrial maintenance.
- Physical Stamina : Ability to perform manual, intensive, and sometimes outdoor work.
- Skills : Analytical, self-motivated, and capable of working in shifts.

Training & Certification
