Hiring: Route Specialist - Voice Process (International)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Route Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in international voice process and strong communication skills, this opportunity is for you!

Location: Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift Experience: Minimum 1 Year (International Calling - Mandatory) Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities: Create and manage service orders & routing schedules

Monitor technician availability and manage daily route efficiency

Handle booking failures and routing exceptions

Coordinate with dispatch managers, technicians & customers

Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally

Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Skills : Excellent verbal & written communication in English

Neutral accent with strong comprehension

Robust customer service & phone etiquette

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in computer & internet-based tools

Strong organizational & time management abilities

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
