Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Supervisor to take ownership of our installation quality. This is a 100% field-based role. Your job isn't just to watch work happen—it’s to ensure that every bolt is tightened, every cable is dressed, and every solar plant we build meets the Bigwit Standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Site Inspections : Visit ongoing solar installation sites across Delhi/NCR to monitor progress and workmanship.
- Quality Control : Audit the structural integrity (alignment, torque, grouting) and electrical safety of the plants.
- Photo-Reporting : Document every stage of the site via our reporting app/system. You must be comfortable taking clear, detailed photos of DBs, cabling, and structure joints.
- Technical Supervision : Oversee DC/AC cabling work and ensure earthing/LA installations are done as per the SLD (Single Line Diagram).
- Learning & Growth : If you aren't an expert in solar structures yet, you must be eager to learn the mechanics of wind loads and module mounting.

What We Are Looking For

- Electrical Foundation : A Diploma or ITI in Electrical is preferred, but solid practical knowledge of wiring and circuitry is a must.




- The "Quality" Eye : You should be the kind of person who gets annoyed by a messy cable or a crooked structure.
- Eagerness to Learn : We will train you on the specifics of solar engineering, but the drive to master the craft must be yours.
- Tech-Friendly : You must be proficient in using smartphones for daily reporting and image uploads.
- Mobility : Daily travel to various sites is the core of this job. Owning a two-wheeler and a smartphone is essential.

Earnings & Perks

- Fixed Salary : Rs.20,000 - Rs23,000 based on experience.
- Travel Allowance : Fuel and maintenance costs for site visits are fully covered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
