An Electrical Technician in Facility Management is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within facilities to ensure uninterrupted power supply, safety, and compliance with statutory norms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, panels, UPS, DG sets
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with facility teams and external vendors
- Maintain maintenance logs and inspection records
Qualifications :
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification
- Wireman electrical license Mandatory
Experience :
- 1-2 years of experience in facility management, commercial buildings, or industrial maintenance
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems in office buildings, IT parks, hospitals, or malls preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
