- 3-5 years of experience in Asian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of sushi rolling techniques, dim sum folding styles, and ramen broth preparation.
- Experience in handling raw seafood and Asian condiments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife skills.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
