Position Overview

We are looking for a technology-driven and entrepreneurial Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and help build scalable digital solutions for our agricultural export business.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a growing business environment, identifying practical technology opportunities, and developing solutions that support international trade and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap.
- Build and improve digital platforms for connecting international buyers with Indian suppliers.
- Explore AI, automation, CRM, and data analytics for export operations.
- Develop systems for buyer lead management, quotations, supplier coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Evaluate and manage website development, software tools, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.




- Identify cost-effective technology solutions suitable for a growing business.
- Lead technical projects and collaborate with the business team to achieve company goals.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in software development, technology strategy, or digital product development.
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation, APIs, cloud platforms, and web technologies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in an early-stage business.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, B2B marketplaces, supply chains, or international trade is an advantage.
